Meet Erika
Rebalance Therapeutics
Erika always knew she wanted to work with people in the healthcare/wellness field. She created Rebalance Therapeutics to enable her to offer both massage and personal training for her clients. As a personal trainer, Erika will work to promote and build confidence in all individuals, regardless of their fitness experience. As a massage therapist, Erika invites her clients to indulge in the healing effects and other benefits massage provides. Personal training and massage therapy complement each other in a unique way, and Erika is thrilled to be able to offer these services to the community.
Erika grew up in Campbell River and loves the outdoors, fitness, theatre, her family, and all that this beautiful city has to offer.

It is very important that my space remains a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. Any harassment and/or inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Failure to comply will result in termination of the therapeutic relationship.
Qualifications
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the CCHPBC
Certified Personal Training Specialist (PTS) through CanFitPro
Certified Children's Fitness Coach (CFC) through CanFitPro
First Aid, CPR-C & AED Certified through St. John's Ambulance & MB3 Training
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less to your appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Cancellations made within three hours of your appointment time, as well as no shows, are subject to a fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
